A total of nine dishes packed with the local flavors of Niigata, plus two hours of all-you-can-drink.The restaurant serves an array of Niigata specialties, offering seasonal flavors.Our dishes, made using fresh local ingredients, allow our guests to experience Niigata's rich culture with all five senses.
